Coach Jen’s path from the world of sports to real estate gives her a winning edge. She is your Realtor specializing in Lake Nona. Hard work, dedication, and building meaningful relationships have always been her way of life.

Understanding the dedication it takes to excel, Jen earned a full Division-1 scholarship for indoor volleyball, where she was named Captain of the team and MVP throughout college, graduating magna cum laude in the top 10% of her class. She later went on to play semi-professional beach volleyball, qualifying all over the country on the Professional Beach Volleyball Tour.

Now residing in Laureate Park with her 4x Olympian husband, Phil, and two kids, Jen continues pursuing her passion for real estate and coaching. Competing at a high level in sports has prepared her for the exciting and dynamic world of real estate—always working as a team towards your goal. She brings the same level of dedication, focus, and teamwork to help you achieve success in your real estate endeavors.

Jen is well-equipped to help you with selling a home, finding your dream home, or guiding you with your real estate investments. She is dedicated to putting your best interest at heart and measures her success by putting you in the best position possible.

Dedicated to her community, Jennifer is an active member of the Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce, National Association of REALTORS, and the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association. She co-founded the Phil Dalhausser Beach Volleyball Academy at Boxi Park in Lake Nona, demonstrating her commitment to both real estate and fostering athletic talent.

When she’s not with clients, you can find Jen in the sand playing beach volleyball, coaching future athletes, traveling with her family, cheering (or heckling) her husband as he continues to compete on the AVP tour, or simply cuddling on the couch with her kiddos. Life is truly magical, and she lives it to the fullest!
